EXPANDS AVAILABILITY OF GRAPHTEC
LARGE FORMAT SCANNERS TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Mesa, CA---November 28, 2003-Paradigm Imaging Group today announced
that Western Graphtec's line of large format scanners are now
available to a wider spectrum of government agencies through a new
GSA schedule contract award with DLT Solutions, one of the largest
GSA resellers in the country. This new affiliation of Paradigm and
DLT allows government users the ability to buy Graphtec scanning
products through DLT's reseller network and to enable more efficient
and cost-effective purchases through the GSA schedule.
